Acid- Base Chemistry

Below is a hodgepodge of notes related to the Ch. 16 topics. These are my personal notes and are provided to you in order to simplify the content and show worked examples which you may find helpful.

Here is a list of the strong acids and strong bases that you should memorize. If something is not on this list as a strong acid or strong base, then you should consider it to be a weak acid or weak base. For weak acids and weak bases, you would use an ICE table to calculate pH because these compounds form an equilibrium.
